My classic go-to pesto recipe. Vegan friendly!

My Go-To Pesto

Gluten-Free | Vegan

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups basil, packed 

  • 2-3 garlic cloves

  • 1/4 cup raw almonds

  • 2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil 

  • Kosher salt, to taste

Procedure:

  1. In food processor add basil and garlic. Pulse until the garlic is in small pieces.

  2. Add raw almonds and a large pinch of salt. Run food processor adding extra virgin olive oil as you go.

  3. Once all oil is added. Adjust taste with salt.
