This 10 minute set up, will be a life changer…

Ready a smoothie pack, a pre-packaged individually portioned frozen smoothie to throw in the blender + add coconut milk and blend. Ok it's not groundbreaking but it really does make it the quickest + easiest + healthiest post workout meal ever! 

Smoothie Packs

Vegan | Dairy-Free

Supplies:

  • Sandwich size storage bag or a 16oz mason jar 

  • Marker for labeling

  • Measuring spoons 

  • Small cutting board + knife 

Ingredients:

This is my daily green smoothie, use this as a base for building your own.

  • 1 scoop, plain plant based protein powder or any protein powder 

  • 1 scoop, collagen powder or any other powder supplements (I like lions mane, elderberry powder, acai powder, camu powder)

  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder or chia seeds or ground flax seed

  • ½ cup any berry

  • ½ banana

  • Large handful of baby spinach or leafy green like kale (finely chopped)

  • ¼ ripe avocado, peeled 

Procedure:

  1. Label each bag or jar with what it is. Line them up and scoop all the ingredients into each bag. Place into the freezer.

  2. To serve, add the smoothie pack into a blender with about 1 ½ -2 cups of your milk of choice, or coconut water, or water.
