5 Dairy Free Everyday Dressing Recipes
These dressings are a staple in my kitchen.. My vegan ranch is good enough to blow away any non dairy fans OUT OF THE WATER and it can be used as a dressing, dipping sauce, or sauce on a sandwich. Everyone needs a go to vinaigrette, my red wine will be that for you!

Red Wine Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar - 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil 
- 1 tablespoon Trader Joe’s 21 seasoning salute blend or Ms. Dash original blend 
- Large pinch, kosher salt 
Procedure:
- Add all ingredients except olive oil, to a small bowl or a blender. Whisk to mix. Slowly add olive oil and whisk vigorously or blend until Incorporated. 
- Once oil is all in, adjust seasoning to taste with salt. 
Vegan Ranch
Ingredients
- 2 cups vegan mayo 
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard 
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder 
- 1/4 cup onion flakes 
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar 
- 1 tablespoon cream tartar 
- 3-4 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped 
- To taste salt & pepper 
Procedure:
- Whisk all ingredients together in a medium mixing bowl. Add water to thin to desired consistency 
- Adjust seasoning with salt to taste. 
CHEFS TIPS: Cream of tartar & fresh dill set them apart from other sauces.
Lemon Tahini
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup tahini 
- 1 lemon, squeeze 
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin 
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder To taste salt & pepper 
- 1/2 -3/4 cup warm water 
Procedure:
- Whisk all ingredients except warm water in a small bowl.Slowly whisk in the warm water to reach desired consistency. You want it creamy, smooth, and light. 
- Adjust seasoning to taste with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. 
Avocado Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado, peeled 
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro 
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled 
- 1 lime juice + zest 
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar 
- ¼ teaspoon ground cumin 
- Pinch, plus more to taste kosher salt 
- 1/2 cup olive oil 
Procedure:
- Combine all ingredients EXCEPT oil in a high speed blender or food processor. Blend until combined. Slowly add in oil while the food processor is running.Adjust seasoning to taste with salt and cumin.
