The perfect healthy twist on your favorite breakfast food: grain-free mini bagels.

Grain-Free Bagels

 

Ingredients:

4 egg whites

2 tablespoons Everything Bagel Seasoning

1 tablespoon flaxseed meal

1 tablespoon psyllium husk

2  tablespoon coconut flour

1/4 tsp coconut oil

1  tablespoon chia

1 tsp baking powder

2  tablespoon organic wheat bran

 

Procedure: 

  1. Add eggs whites to a large mixing bowl and whip them for a few minutes until lightly fluffed. Then add remaining ingredients mixing well. 
  2. Spoon into a greased (I use coconut oil)  bagel pan or donut pan (donut pans are easier to find in stores).
  3. Once portioned out sprinkle each bagel with your preferred topping- everything seasoning, sesame seeds, poppy seeds. 
  4. Bake 350 for 25 mins or until golden brown.
  5. Store in the fridge for a week.
